Samaritan Biologics is based in Memphis, Tennessee and was founded by 3 people with strong backgrounds and significant experience in finance, development and commercialization of medical and biologic devices. This business was formed to:

Work with people we enjoy and respect.

Provide new solutions for patients, doctors, and distributors.

Give 10% or more of our proceeds to JDRF.

We live our tagline every day: Helping, Healing, Giving

Helping, Healing, Giving

Helping others is the reason this business was formed. Our desire is for doctors to have the products they need, from the representative they choose, optimized for them provided with a basis in value to allow patient access.

Healing is accomplished when the body is enabled to repair and regenerate the injured area to restore the patients function and reduce their pain. Our products help the healing process through the physician’s hands.

Giving back is simply the right thing to do in life and business. Most of us in the medical field are blessed both in the mental fulfillment of helping others every day and in the financial rewards from doing so. We donate 10% of annual profits prior to the owners receiving any compensation. Our hope is to significantly impact research to fund a cure for Type 1 diabetes through JDRF.
